All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse.

Please note that in-store inventory may differ from what's available online, and some products are only available in physical stores.

Online orders are typically processed and leave our warehouse within one business day. However, during peak periods, such as Boxing Day, Black Friday, holidays, etc., please allow an additional one to two business days.

If you reside in the province of Quebec, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days following the shipping date. For customers elsewhere in Canada, please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order.

International orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside of our respective sales territory.

It is important to note that Qlassic is not responsible for any potential delays or additional delivery charges incurred by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If you wish to receive your order more quickly, please be aware that several express delivery services are available when finalizing your purchase.

A tracking number will be provided for each order as soon as it leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive this tracking number, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, do not hesitate to contact us at the following address: info@qlassic.ca.

Finally, please note that items of non-standard sizes may not be eligible for free shipping and may be subject to additional shipping charges. In this case, our team will contact you to discuss available options.
