**CANADIAN RETURN POLICY**
Before completing a transaction on qlassic.ca, please take a moment to carefully review the details of your order. Ensure that the gender, sizes, and colors are correct, and that you have selected the desired delivery method. If you have any doubts about the color or size of an item, or if you need advice before making a purchase, feel free to contact our customer service via email at info@qlassic.ca.
Unused products at regular price can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt. These products must be returned in a secure and appropriate packaging. The customer is always responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of our error. Only unused products will be accepted for return.
**Before returning a product, YOU MUST contact our customer service by email or using the "Live chat" function to obtain a return number (RA#) or a valid authorization. No return will be accepted without this number. Your return number will be valid for a period of 10 days, and no exchange or refund will be possible after this period. Products must be returned on the SAME DAY the return number is issued.**

Products purchased on sale are considered **FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned or exchanged. A **10% restocking fee** applies to returns. Paybright customers can receive a refund within a 7-day period.
CLAIMS / WARRANTIES
To file a claim, please contact our customer service at info@qlassic.ca. You will then need to return the product in its original packaging, along with the return number provided to you and a copy of your invoice. The customer is always responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of our error (transport to and from our warehouse). Before filing a claim, we strongly advise sending us photos of the product at info@qlassic.ca so that we can assess it.
